CAROLINA BEACH — For three days this week, the Town of Carolina Beach will be conducting smoke testing of its sanitary sewer system.
The testing will take place Nov. 12-15, and will involve opening and entering of manholes in the streets and public utility easements.
The areas affected include:
- Blocks between Columbia Avenue and Carolina Sands Drive (north to south)
- Blocks between South Lake Park Boulevard and Eighth Street (east to west)
- South Lake Park Boulevard from Hewitt Avenue to Ocean Boulevard (north to south)
- All Carolina Beach Avenue South
