NEW HANOVER COUNTY — Wilmington Police Department have made an arrest after a 51-year-old male was found breaking and entering.
Thomas Gupton of Hampstead is in custody, charged with a felony B&E and larceny. He is being held without bond.
Units were dispatched upon someone reporting hearing another person breaking-and-entering into an adjacent trailer. The caller locked the trailer from the outside with the suspect still inside.
Police arrived and took him into custody and found power tools from the trailer.
