Monday, July 15
The Leland Town Council will have an agenda meeting at 1 p.m. in town hall, 102 Town Hall Drive in Leland. Meetings are livestreamed here. The agenda includes potential ceremonial recognitions and presentations.
Pender County Board of Commissioners will meet at 4 p.m. at Pender County Public Assembly Room, 805 S. Walker Street in Burgaw. The agenda includes a public hearing regarding the Law Enforcement Center bond issuance and approval of a disaster declaration for Pender farmers. The meeting can be livestreamed here.
Kure Beach Town Council will meet at Council Chambers, 117 Settlers Lane. The agenda includes a resolution to join with New Hanover County in removing abandoned vessels and approval of the Atlantic Union Public Financing proposal.

Tuesday, July 16
The Brunswick County manager’s office is holding a pre-submittal meeting at 1 p.m. in the David R. Sandifer Administration Building training room at 30 Government Center Drive in Bolivia. The meeting is for interested and qualified firms that will provide project management and design-build construction services for a new facility that will house the county’s health, human services, and emergency management departments. The meeting will be available on Zoom. More information can be found on the county’s website.
The Brunswick County Planning and Public Utilities Departments will hold the Wellhead Protection Performance Standards Community Meeting at 6 p.m. in room A of the St. James Community Center, 4136 Southport-Supply Road. At the meeting, proposed performance standards for the Wellhead Protection Zoning Overlay District will be presented, followed by a question-and-answer session.

The Brunswick Regional Water and Sewer H2GO Board of Commissioners will meet in the Training Room of the Brunswick Regional Water and Sewer Reverse Osmosis Plant, 146 Gregory Road in Belville. The public is welcome to attend the meeting. The agenda includes:
- Water shortage response plan
- Operations and communications concerns
- Failure mode effect analysis
The Leland Tourism Development Authority will meet at 4 p.m. at Town Hall, 102 Town Hall Drive in Leland. Meetings are livestreamed here. The agenda includes:

- Grant contracts with Brunswick Beer and Cider and Leland Brewing Company
- An updated agreement for services between the Leland Tourism Development Authority and the Town of Leland

- Variance to City Code Section 18-200(A)(2), Accessory Dwelling Units, only one ADU shall be permitted on any lot. For detached ADUs, the lot must meet the minimum required lot area for the zoning district
