PENDER COUNTY — A 22-year-old was arrested earlier this month regarding his relationship with a 15-year-old.
Dawson Miles Brooks of Hampstead has been charged with one felony count for indecent liberties with a child on July 8. Brooks was arrested, with cooperation of the Wilmington Police Department.
After having made his first appearance in court on July 10, he was given a secured bond of $40,000.
