WILMINGTON — A man was arrested for trafficking drugs, following a lengthy investigation by Wilmington Police Department.
On March 16, the WPD Narcotics Investigation Division concluded a two-month investigation into narcotic sales by 33-year-old Marc Tyler Brinson. He was stopped on Eastwood Road and found in possession of 1.5 pounds of methamphetamine.
Brinson is being charged with two counts of trafficking methamphetamine, maintain a vehicle controlled substance, possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He is being held at the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center under a $1 million secured bond.
