SOUTHEASTERN N.C. — New Hanover County Schools reported 41 Covid-19 cases last week, according to the district’s latest update on its public dashboard. In its first full week of optional masking –– and therefore, stricter state quarantine guidelines –– it directed 100 students and staff members to quarantine.
