2019 will be the North Carolina Azalea Festival’s 71st annual celebration in Wilmington. Tickets for the concert, planned for April 5 at 7 p.m., go on sale Saturday, Jan. 19.

Country singer-songwriter Frank Foster will open up for Hank Williams, Jr. Starting at 10 a.m. Saturday, tickets will become available at the Azalea Festival’s website.
