Rick Springfield to perform at the Wilson Center, tickets go on sale next week

After releasing an album earlier this year, Springfield will be paying Wilmington a visit in April to perform.

WILMINGTON—“Jessie’s Girl” musician Rick Springfield will be making a trip to The Wilson Center.

Cape Fear Community College announced that the Grammy Award-winning artist will perform in downtown Wilmington on April 25, 2019.

Some of his songs include: “Jessie’s Girl,” “Don’t Talk to Strangers,” “An Affair of the Heart,” “I’ve Done Everything for You,” “Love Somebody” and “Human Touch.”

Springfield has also appeared in a number of films and television dramas including “Ricki and the Flash,” “True Detective,”“Supernatural,” and most recently played Pastor Charles on “American Horror Story.”

Springfield is touring on his latest album “The Snake King.”
