WILMINGTON — A 26-year-old Wilmington man is heading back to prison for at least 10-years after pleading guilty to three counts of second degree rape and three counts of first degree kidnapping.
District Attorney Ben David said Ceasar Bozeman was sentenced on Thursday by Judge Joshua Willey, and received a sentence of 120-264 months.
He will be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
“The sexual assaults took place over the course of the 2015 calendar year and involved a minor child who was known to Bozeman. As a result of the defendant’s relationship with the child, the judge issued a permanent no contact order between Bozeman and the victim,” according to a press release.
In 2012 Bozeman was convicted of sexual battery and was already registered as a sex offender.
