WILMINGTON — Cape Fear Community College has announced that Rockin’ Road to Dublin will perform at the Wilson Center this March.

Rockin’ Road to Dublin was created by Irish Dance World Champion Scott Doherty and Celtic Rocker Chris Smith. The show combines the Broadway, Irish dance with the energy of a rock performance.

Performers will include Marc Malsegna, Kelly Mills, Mike Moore, Joe Schermann, and Corey Walden. Rockin’ Road to Dublin’s lead female dancer is Ashley Smith, who was crowned the World Irish Step Dancing Champion in Belfast in 2004 and was a top-30 female finalist on the hit TV show “So You Think You Can Dance.”

Smith will be joined by dancers Mark Chichester, Declan Crowley, Bernadette Devereaux, Patrick Holland, Billy Kanaly, Erika Nielsen, world champion Tyler Schwartz and Mairéad Stillson.

Rockin’ Road to Dublin will perform at the Wilson Center on Monday, March 26, 2018 at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets will be available to the public on Friday, Jan. 19 beginning at 10 a.m. online at capefearstage.com, and at 2 p.m. by calling Ticket Central at 910-362-7999 or visiting the Wilson Center.
