WILMINGTON — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a murder suspect.
Wilmington police have charged Freddie William Fralin III with first degree murder following the investigation of Wilmington’s most recent homicide on Friday, July 28.
Fralin is 24 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs approximately 130 lbs., has brown eyes and brown hair.
“He is to be considered armed and dangerous and should not be confronted other than by law enforcement,” a press release from the Police Department states.
