WILMINGTON — Veterans Day services where held today at the Wilmington National Cemetery.
New Hanover Board of Commissioners Beth Dawson, Skip Watkins, Rob Zapple spoke before a crowd of veterans and family members. Also in attendance were local “Gold Star” mothers, whose children have given their lives in the service of the armed forces.
