Does your school have what it takes to win $150,000?
Voting begins this Friday, Sept. 14, in U.S. Cellular’s fourth annual Calling All Communities campaign.
During the campaign, 18 schools have a chance to share $1 million, with the school with the most votes earning $150,000. The next 17 schools nationwide with the most votes will each receive $50,000.
“Calling All Communities gives schools the opportunity to earn the funding they need to invest in the areas most critical to their students’ learning experiences. We are active members of our customers’ communities, and we believe this campaign is a great way to engage entire communities to work towards a common goal,” Dee Taylor, sales director for eastern North Carolina, said.
The campaign is open to all kindergarten through 12th-grade schools—big or small, public or private. Voting runs from Sept. 14 through Oct. 21.
To vote, visit a U.S. Cellular Store to receive a vote code. Enter that code online at uscellular.com to cast your vote.
“With only one vote per person, it is important to get entire communities involved,” Taylor said.
Since the program began in 2008, U.S. Cellular has awarded $3 million in 38 schools nationwide.
