WILMINGTON — Students, faculty, staff and the community at large will have an opportunity to receive a vaccination or booster on the UNCW campus this month.
UNCW Student Health Center is hosting two clinics for those 17 and older: Monday, Apr. 11, and Friday, Apr. 29, 8:30 – 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. No appointment is necessary and the clinics will take place on the second floor of DePaolo Hall.
Pfizer-BioNTech and Johnson & Johnson will be available for vaccinations; Pfizer is offered as a booster for ages 50 and up and immunocompromised individuals. Patients will be required to hang out in the clinic 15 minutes after inoculation.
