Netflix production closes two Carolina Beach parking lots due to filming

CAROLINA BEACH — The locally filmed Netflix series “Florida Man” will be setting up production crews in Carolina Beach in coming days. In effect, two town-operated parking lots will be shuttered.

Surfside East at 234/236/302 Carolina Beach Ave. N and Surfside West at 237/239 Carolina Beach Ave. N both will be closed to the public, as crews film on Wednesday, Sept. 22, Thursday, Sept. 23 and Monday, Sept. 27. No road closures are expected.
