CFPUA requires visitors in its facilities to wear a mask

NEW HANOVER COUNTY — Beginning Monday, Aug. 9, Cape Fear Public Utility Authority is asking customers, vendors, and other visitors to wear a mask when inside any CFPUA facility. The requirements is effective for everyone, regardless of vaccination status.

CFPUA noted in a release the decision was made based on an increase in Covid-19 cases in the county as well as across the state. The company policy was made in light of guidance from both state and federal health officials, CFPUA noted.

Customers can also take care of of their bill or handle other business online at CFPUA.org or by calling at 910-332-6550.
