WILMINGTON – The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority is closing its offices Friday, April 2, in recognition of Good Friday.
The customer service centers on Government Center Drive and Chestnut Street will reopen Monday, April 5. The phone lines resume operations at 8 a.m. and doors open at 9 a.m.
During the closure, people can still report a water or sewer emergency through at 910-332-6565. Customers can also use the interactive voice-response system by calling 910-332-6550 or access the customer self-service portal at www.CFPUA.org.
