Tri-county schools check-in: NHCS reports 20 cases; BCS records 36; PCS documents 3

SOUTHEASTERN N.C. — New Hanover County Schools is reporting 20 cases and 15 assigned quarantines the week of Oct. 25, according to the district’s online dashboard.

NHCS’ Covid-19 data is not entered in real-time. Some active cases may not be reflected until the following week’s totals are published on Friday.

As of Friday, Oct. 29, Brunswick County Schools is reporting 36 active Covid-19 cases. More than 80 people were assigned to quarantine as of the latest update.

Pender County Schools

Pender County Schools reported three Covid-19 cases and 29 quarantines for the week of Oct. 17 to Oct. 23, according to its latest report. The school system will update its dashboard with more recent data Monday on its website.
