WILMINGTON — Free dental services will be offered in December to individuals and families in need community-wide.

On Dec. 14, CarolinasDentist will offer dental care for underserved populations. This will include free exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and hygiene supplies to those who might not have regular access to dental care.

“We know that dental care is a critical part of overall health, but it’s not always accessible to everyone,” Dr. Nolan Bodah, partner of The Pointe location, said in a statement. “Dental Care Day allows us to give back to our community by providing the services that many may otherwise go without. We’re proud to support our neighbors and have an immediate impact on their health and wellbeing.”

From 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., clients will be served on a first-come, first-serve basis at both CarolinasDentist, located in The Pointe (2029 Stonecrop Dr.) and Porters Neck (208 Porters Neck Road Ste 11).
