
PENDER COUNTY — A career fair for those exploreing job opportunities in Pender County Schools will be held on Saturday, April 13, at Heide Trask High School
The event will take place rom 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Representatives from all 19 Pender County schools will be in attendance to discuss various roles, from teaching and administration to transportation, food service, maintenance, and student services.
“We’re excited to showcase the diverse array of career opportunities available within Pender County Schools,” Superintendent Brad Breedlove said in a press release. “This event underscores our commitment to attracting top talent and fostering a culture of excellence in education.”
Attendees will have the chance to engage in one-on-one conversations with school representatives, learn more about the district’s educational initiatives, and gain insights into the vibrant community within Pender County Schools.
Prospective applicants are encouraged to bring copies of their resumes for potential on-the-spot interviews.
