WILMINGTON—Nothing says Halloween 2020 like a full moon in a pandemic

Though it was a quiet night compared to most downtown evenings on Oct. 31, still, a few ghouls and goblins roamed the streets. Dr. Frank-n-Furter, plague doctors, a group of cows (herd iMOOnity) and quite a few pirates were among many in search of a socially distanced party. From grabbing a beer at a local brewery or two, to taking over the karaoke mic at a wine bar, to catching the second night of “The Rocky Horror Show” at Thalian, or just meandering with the trick-or-treaters, here are a few snapshots for the books.
