Desmond said the family-friendly neighborhood is known to have outdoor picnics and oyster roasts. At times, neighbors gather on the pier or at the small private beach area near the docks.
The John’s Creek community is outside Wilmington city limits and has a home owner’s association with annual dues at $900. This dig is currently on the market for $469,000.
