WILMINGTON — After having to postpone the show from September, due to Covid-19, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats warmed up a chilly night at Live Oak Bank Pavilion Oct. 19.
Performing a soulful mix of rock, R&B, country and folk, the band didn’t just stick to its latest album, “The Future,” released almost a year ago. Instead, it treated audiences to tunes from their whole discography, including hits “You Worry Me” and “I Need Never Get Old.”

The Denver-based singer and his band came back to deliver an encore, which included the top-charting song “S.O.B”
Preceding the band was Hiss Golden Messenger, a folk outfit from Durham.
Tom Dorgan of MoonFrog Media was there to capture the night’s performances. Below are photos from the show.
