SUNSET BEACH — Mary Margaret Osbourn Causey Tucker, 75, passed away peacefully Saturday, April 8, 2017, at Brunswick Cove Living Center in Leland, N.C.

Margaret was born in West Virginia to Leonard and Polly Osbourn on Jan. 17, 1942. She was a beloved mother and grandmother, renowned for her baking skills and generosity. She always had a smile for everyone and loved spending time with her family and friends. Margaret enjoyed a career as a registered nurse as well as being a wife and homemaker.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; former husband, Richard Riley Causey; husband William “Bill” Tucker; and grandson, Jacob Causey.

Surviving are her sons, Richard Glen Causey, and his significant other, Michelle of Elizabeth, W.Va.; Samuel Causey of Fayetteville, N.C., and Patrick Causey, and his wife, Marilyn, of Ocean Isle Beach, N.C.; sister, Patricia Fedczak, and her husband, James, of Auto, W.Va.; special family friend, Arthur Tober, and his wife, Angela, of Holden Beach, N.C.; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to visit with Margaret’s family from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, April 13, at White Funeral and Cremation Service, Shallotte. Margaret will be laid to rest in a private graveside service in Auto, W.Va.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Wounded Warrior in memory of Margaret and her beloved Bill, who served his country in the U.S. Army and National Guard.
