SHALLOTTE — Community tips led to the arrest of a Shallotte man on several felony drug charges and the seizure of cocaine, prescription pills and marijuana.

The investigation of this case was initiated following numerous complaints and tips from the community, Flax said. Green is now facing charges of possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana, possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or house for a controlled substance, trafficking in opium, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
