Regan Hungerford Rozier, 39, of Wilmington, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 23, 2016, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

Regan was born in Lumberton and was a proud Eagle Scout. He was a graduate of Episcopal High School in Alexandria, Va., and Wake Forest University, where he was a member of Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He received a Masters of Business Administration and Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver. He practiced law with Johnson, Lambeth and Brown.

Regan is survived by his wife of 10 years, Colleen; son, Peyton; parents, Dr. and Mrs. John Rozier (Farleigh) of Lumberton; brother, Jonathan, and his wife, Vanessa, and their children, Hayden and Isabella Rozier of Kensington, N.H.; aunt, Dorothy Hungerford Baggett of Wilmington; and in-laws, Edward and Nancy Lyons of Scranton, Pa., and Matthew, Lisa, Casey and Carmen of Lebanon, N.J.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 26, at St. James Episcopal Church. A reception will follow.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make memorial contributions to Duke Cancer Center, Lower Cape Fear Hospice Foundation, or the charity of your choice.
