Will A. Boyette, 68, of Wallace, left this earthly life for his eternal home and to be forever with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Monday, May 9, 2016, from Lower Cape Fear Hospice Care Center. He was born on December 16, 1947, in Sampson County, the son of the late Hettie Boyette Dyson.

Will was a faithful member of Wallace Pentecostal Holiness Church. Will was a devoted husband and caring father, grandfather and brother. He was a simple man who was loved and respected by all who knew him. Being humble, kind and compassionate, Will was willing to do whatever he could to help others.

He enjoyed fishing, watching T.V. and going to church. Will and Gail enjoyed spending time at the beach and going to the mountains. With his personal relationship with God, Will demonstrated his faith in Jesus by the way he lived his life. He will surely be missed, but cherished memories will forever live in the hearts of those who knew and loved Will.

Surviving are his best friend and wife, Gail Blanton Boyette of their home; daughter, Tammy Knowles of Beulaville; granddaughter, Brandi Hulbert; grandson, Chad English; brother, Ray Dyson, and his wife, Arlene, of Hopewell, Va.; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends who loved Will dearly.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 11, at Wallace Pentecostal Holiness Church with Pastor Bobby Smith and Pastor Rodney Bonham officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the memorial service at the church.
