Hazel DeBose Graham, 70, of Leland, gained her angel wings on Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at the Lower Cape Fear Hospice LifeCareCenter.
She was born in Burgaw on March 20, 1945, to Civie Lee DeBose and Dollie Wells DeBose. As a young child, Hazel lived and graduated from Oxford Orphanage, now known as the Masonic Home for Children at Oxford.
Hazel is survived by her husband, Ronnie Graham; son, Paul Graham (Kathy), and their children, Jackson and Clint; daughter, Audra Williams (Michael), and their children, Hannah and Morgan; two brothers, Laurie DeBose (Bunny) and Ed DeBose (Betty); and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and two sisters; and twin grandchildren, Matthew and MacKenzie.
Hazel enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren at their many activities and visiting with her many friends and family. She was a devoted employee at M&M Mini Storage and Access Storage and U-Haul.
The family invites you to celebrate her life with them at 6 p.m. Saturday, March 19, at Lifepoint Church, 3534 S. College Road, Wilmington. They will visit with family and friends one hour prior to the service at 5 p.m. You are invited to join with the family for fellowship and food immediately after the service at the church. At other times, the family will receive visitors at Hazel and Ronnie’s home.
