A Supply woman was killed Thursday morning in a four-vehicle wreck in Brunswick County.

Elizabeth Lloyd Leazer, 30, died in a wreck that happened on N.C. 130 near Mt. Pisgah Road at about 8:45 a.m. Thursday, according to N.C. State Highway Patrol Trooper T.D. Wheeler.

Leazer was driving west on the highway in a 1999 Ford Explorer, when her vehicle traveled across the center line and struck a 2002 GMC box truck headed east, Wheeler said. The box truck, which was driven by a 34-year-old man, rolled over across the center line and struck two vehicles in the westbound lanes – a 2005 Lincoln Navigator operated by a 68-year-old woman as well as a 2015 BMW driven by a 58-year-old woman.

It does not appear that alcohol was a factor in the wreck, Wheeler said. Leazer, of Dare Street in Supply, died at the scene.

The driver of the box truck and Navigator were injured and taken to New Hanover Regional Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries. The investigation into the wreck is ongoing.
