Joyce Arlene Spradlin, 79, former bank VP and president of a military wives club

Joyce Arlene Spradlin, 79, of Supply passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2016.

She was born in Youngstown, Ohio on Nov. 29, 1936, a daughter of the late Frank Edgar Wehr and Freda Kunig Wehr. She was employed as vice president of Safeway Credit Union.

She moved to Supply nine years ago from Fayetteville.  She was a member of MOAOA, the Professional Business Women’s Association, and the Tacoma Yacht Club. She served as president of the military wives club and served on the Credit Union National Association Board.

Surviving are her sons, Greg Allan Spradlin and Samuel Arthur Dyck (son-in-law); daughters, Jana Ladette Dyck and Margaret Ellen Spradlin (daughter-in-law); 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 6 at Sharon United Methodist Church, where she was a member. The Rev. Eddie Hill will officiate.

Memorials may be made to Sharon United Methodist Church in memory of Joyce Spradlin.
