Bonnie Wooten Larkins, 92, of Riegelwood, passed away peacefully on Friday, Nov. 27, 2015 at her home.

Bonnie was born on July 14, 1923, daughter of the late George and Edrie Wooten. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Roy Clayton Larkins and sister, Lucille Peterson.

Bonnie loved to take care of her family through housework and cooking. She made her house a home to anybody that came through her doors but she also enjoyed outside activities such as fishing, crabbing, golfing and working with flowers and Cactus plants.

Bonnie is survived by her two sons, Clayton Larkins and Marshall Larkins and his wife Sue; brother, James W. Wooten; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and special friend and helper, Linda Brown.

Visitation will be held from noon to 1 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 30, at First Baptist Church of Delco, 75 Kaiser Road, Delco, NC 28436. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., with Pastors Martin Benton and Doug Fairfax officiating. Interment will follow at Cape Fear Baptist Church Cemetery, 2851 Neils Eddy Road, Riegelwood, NC 28456.
