Junior quarterback Bryant Sasser hit wide receiver Collin Hairr with a 27-yard pass for a touchdown to open up the scoring. A two-point conversion made it 15-0. The Vikings scored again with less than a minute to go in the second quarter to take a 23-0 lead into halftime.

While both teams drew blanks in the third quarter, running back Rashod Wallace scored Hoggard’s final touchdown with a little over 7 minutes to go in the game. Less than 20 seconds later, West Brunswick running back Anthony McCray broke out for a 70-yard touchdown to get the Trojans on the board. Junior Tariq Thomas closed out the scoring with a 72-yard touchdown of his own to bring the final score to 30-13.
