Pearl Catherine Ogden, of Trinity Grove Nursing Home in Wilmington, died Saturday, Oct. 17, 2015, at the age of 100.

She was born on Nov. 28, 1914, in Wyeville Wisconsin, the daughter of Adolph and Sylvia (Hansen) Anderson.

She was a member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church in Wilmington and worked as a nurse’s aide for many years.

She is survived by her daughters, Phyllis Ramel, of Wilmington and Linda Lee Ogden, of Reno Nevada; grandsons, Raymond Stallings and wife Tracy, of Wilmington and Thomas Stallings and wife Barbara, of Bakersfield, California; and great-grandchildren, Preston, Jackson, Sandy and Dennis.

Together with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond B. Ramel; sister, Patricia R. Stallings; and Orvill R Ogden, her second husband.

A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015, at St. Matthews Lutheran Church, 1612 College Road, Wilmington, NC 28403. The Rev. Sam Zumwalt will officiate.
