In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her twin sons, Gerard (infant) and Mark Fitzpatrick and a brother, Martin Francis O’Grady.

A memorial mass will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015, at All Saints Catholic Church, 18737 US-17, Hampstead, NC 28443, with interment following at Sea Lawn Memorial Park.
