Mark Anthony Dziubek, of Bolivia, died Sept. 21, 2015, at his home. He was 70.

Mark was born June 25, 1945, in Pittsburgh, the son of the late Anthony and Pearl Dziubek. He was a veteran on the U.S. Air Force and had been a scout master with the Boy Scouts troop from the Church of the Messiah in Westerville, Ohio. Mark loved to cook, especially his chili.

He was preceded in death by his grandson, Zachary Mettle.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Judiann (Scurry) Dziubek; daughter, Jennifer Jackson and granddaughter, Jayme Mettle, of Dayton, Ohio; sons, Mark, of Chicago and Gary, of Columbus; sisters, Patricia Ferrante (Val), of Georgia and Margaret Sherry, of Arizona; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2015, at the Church of the Ascension, 555 S. Main St., Johnstown, OH 43031.
