King Chiropractic, a practice specializing in soft tissue work, pain relief and improving athletic performance, has moved from its location in Lumina Station to The Forum.
King Chiropractic will lease office and treatment space inside Accent Physical Therapy, 1115 Military Cutoff Road, Suite A, between Home Again and Epic Food Co., according to a news release from the practice.
The move, spurred by continued growth of the practice for the last five years, will provide many benefits to existing and future patients such as larger treatment rooms, additional treatment rooms, an office manager on site, better parking and more amenities for patients, including a room designated for group fitness classes.
“The ability to work this closely with a team of physical therapists is ideal for my practice that focuses heavily on helping athletes heal and recover and improve their overall performance. It will be convenient and beneficial for patients that may need both chiropractic care and physical therapy,” said Dr. Rhett King, owner and principal chiropractor at King Chiropractic.
King, a native of Wilmington, and graduate of Life University (2007), is well known as a performance-based chiropractor with a specialty for working with athletes and trainers. He is the founder and administrator of the Wilmington Health Nuts, the areas largest meet-up group dedicated to health and exercise.
King Chiropractic plans to incorporate Foundation Training classes and other group fitness classes to take place in the on site group fitness room.
