Wilmington police are searching for two men wanted in connection with an armed robbery this week at a local restaurant.

According to Wilmington Police Department Spokeswoman Cathryn Lindsay, two masked men with handguns reportedly robbed the Domino’s pizza shop at the corner of Market and 16th streets just before 1 a.m. Tuesday.

The men reportedly approached an employee outside the back entrance and forced him into the store at gunpoint, Lindsay said. The suspects allegedly held two other employees at gunpoint in the front of the store. The suspects took cash from the business and ran out the back door.

One suspect is described as a 6-foot tall black male with a slim build. He wore all black and had a black shirt wrapped around his head. The other suspect is described as a black male who is 5 feet 8 inches tall. He wore a white T-shirt, black shorts, white shoes and a black and white shirt wrapped around his head.
