Wine & Design of Leland is under new ownership and is celebrating with a grand reopening.
Claudia Wooten Outlaw and Kathleen Dunnigan, owners of the Wilmington Wine & Design, have turned over ownership of the Leland studio to Jennifer Marsh-Colby. Marsh-Colby, who owns and operates a Wine & Design location in Warwick, New York, has been contemplating a move to the North Carolina coast with her husband and is excited about the opportunity.
“I am thrilled to work with Claudia and Kathleen to serve all of our customers in the Brunswick and New Hanover County area,” Marsh-Colby said in a press release. “All three of us are committed to working together to promote Wine & Design throughout the region, to be in the studios regularly, and to work together to give customers an outstanding Wine & Design experience.”
The grand reopening will be on Tuesday, July 21, at 503 Olde Waterford Way Suite 107 in Leland at The Shoppes of Waterford complex. A ribbon cutting will take place at 5:30 p.m., followed by an open house. There will also be a mini class from 7 – 8:30 p.m. that will be free to the first 30 registrants, who will create paintings of sand dunes at Wrightsville Beach.
