Plantation Village is a nonprofit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) offering independent living on 56 acres in Porters Neck, according to a news release from the company.

As executive director, Bennett oversees all aspects of Plantation Village’s operations, resident services and management.

“I have had the good fortune to serve residents in three CCRCs throughout the country and I am honored to say that Plantation Village is an industry leader in terms of resident services, amenities and quality of care,” said Bennett. “The Plantation Village staff is exceptional and our residents are dynamic, diverse and a joy to work with. I look forward to building upon Plantation Village’s reputation and continuing to identify new and creative ways to best serve the needs of our residents.”

Prior to joining Plantation Village, Bennett was Administrator at Newcastle Place, a CCRC near Milwaukee, Wisconsin, consisting of 159 independent living apartments, 36 assisted living apartments, 16 memory care apartments and 47 skilled nursing beds. Bennett has been with Life Care Services, the management company of Plantation Village, since 2012.
