Detectives with the Wilmington Police Department have arrested a suspect in connection with an armed robbery reported at a CVS Pharmacy last week.
Eric Daniel Truscott, 27, of Wilmington, was charged in the late afternoon robbery of a CVS Pharmacy on South College Road, Friday, April 17, according Wilmington Police Department Spokeswoman Cathryn Lindsay.
Wilmington detectives arrested the suspect after a vehicle stop on Oriole Drive at about 5 p.m. Thursday, Lindsay said.
Truscott was charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, delivering cocaine and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver marijuana. He was booked at the New Hanover County jail under a $60,000 secured bond.
Truscott’s wife—44-year-old Kimberly Alease Truscott—was also arrested in the vehicle stop, Lindsay said. She was charged with possession of cocaine and an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in court.
