Faye Carol Talbert, 75, enjoyed quilting, crocheting, reading, working on puzzles

Faye Carol Talbert, of Calabash, died Thursday, April 16, 2015, at the age of 75.

Born in Mooresville on Nov. 27, 1939, she was a daughter of the late William Morris and Cordie Lee Wilson Talbert. She was Baptist by faith and enjoyed quilting, crocheting, reading and working on puzzles.

Ms. Talbert was preceded in death by her companion, Mr. Clayton Norris.

Surviving are a son, Mark Bolick and wife, Sheila, of Charlotte; two daughters, Robin Swinson and husband, Dan, of Indian Trail and Kim Evans and husband, David, of Lincolnton; a brother, Harold Talbert; grandchildren, Kevin Davis, Jessica Evans, Nicole Krueger, Susan Kennard, Brian Kennard, Jacob Bolick, Rodney Bolick and Aaron Webb; and great-grandchildren, Shawn Lee, Evan Lee, Tatiyana Davis, Austin Webb and Jamin Krueger.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in her name to your local humane society.
